Recipe for Easy Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Aloha everyone,
Here's another recipe (if you can call it that) where I used some of the product that the nice folks at Newman's Own sent me as part of the Foodbuzz Featured Publisher's program.  This time I used the Family Recipe Italian Salad Dressing as a marinade for pork tenderloin.

Super quick and easy.  Trim any excess fat and remove silver skin from pork.   Shake up the bottle, pour about 1/2 cup over the pork, marinate for 2 hours (I'm sure you could do less and more time without any problems).

Fire up the grill.  Grill over indirect, medium heat until internal temp reaches 155-160 degrees.  Remove, rest for 5 minutes and then slice and serve.

The flavor is subtle but this was a nice marinade for the pork.  I'm sure it would also work for chicken.  A side of Caprese salad was a nice complement.

How about you?  Is the weather warming up to where you can get out your grill?
